As a Cyber Security Expert, you will perform the following activities:

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for information security governance, ensuring the management of cyber risks and compliance with specific regulations.
  • Conduct security audits of IT systems and networks, perform in-depth technical analyses to identify vulnerabilities, and support technical units in remediation plans.
  • Implementation of Security Measures: design, implement, and manage information security solutions to protect the organization's systems, networks, and sensitive data, such as installing firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion detection systems, data encryption solutions, and other security measures.
  • Security Monitoring: constantly analyze the IT environment to promptly identify and respond to potential threats or security breaches.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in STEM disciplines.
  • Analysis of security events and active contribution to the management of security incidents.
  • Experience within contexts of national strategic relevance.
  • Knowledge of processes, operational procedures, and control systems in IT/OT.
  • Knowledge of the main infrastructural and application architectures typical of a large enterprise.
  • Problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to work in teams in complex environments.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and in situations of high stress or urgency.

 

The recruitment process will be extended to Rome.

Compensation Information

In accordance with Article 5, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 96/2026, the Company discloses the information relating to the initial compensation foreseen for the position.

The position is associated with a gross annual salary level not lower than € 46.791,85, with the possibility of recognition up to € 55.000,00 based on experience, skills, and the complexity of the role.

The placement of the candidate within the range will be determined based on objective elements such as professional experience, technical and managerial competencies, and level of responsibility.

 Any remuneration above the indicated minimum threshold shall be granted exclusively on the basis of additional, objectively verifiable elements, such as, by way of example:

  • relevant and qualified professional experience;
  • specific technical or managerial competencies;
  • level of autonomy and responsibility effectively required by the role.

These elements are applied according to transparent and non-discriminatory criteria, in compliance with the principle of equal pay for equal work or work of equal value.
