As a Digital Construction & BIM Specialist, you will perform the following activities:
- Analyzing processes and operational activities aimed at integrating digital technologies and workflows into the design and construction of facilities.
- Coordinating working groups to define the requirements for digital solutions.
- Leading the development of pilot projects, gathering feedback, and implementing preparatory actions for the full adoption of new applications.
- Overseeing operational applications: monitoring usage through reports and dashboards, verifying data entry and updates, and collecting input for the development of new features.
- Ensuring effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders to meet identified needs.
- Developing strategies, analyzing and optimizing BIM processes, and supporting the use of new tools.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of design and construction processes in the field of Infrastructure and Industrial Plants.
- Experience in digitalization projects within the engineering & construction sector, gained in consulting firms, corporate environments, or engineering studios.
- Experience in governance, strategy, and monitoring of highly complex projects.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting software/systems.
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent management and communication abilities.
- Team working skills.
