As an Innovation Specialist, you will perform the following activities:
- Identify technological and market trends that support the definition of the Innovation strategy, the relevant technological domains for the Group, and the enhancement of the Group's intellectual property.
- Ensure the execution of co-innovation projects with highly innovative entities offering ready-to-use solutions that meet business needs.
- Contribute to the value creation phase for startups in the investment portfolio of Terna Forward S.r.l., by generating business opportunities outside the Group.
- Draft "Innovation Fact Sheets" to promote the incubation of new System Innovation needs to contribute to the Innovation Plan.
- Develop, update, and monitor the innovation roadmap of the System Operator through gap analysis of the current innovation initiative portfolio and interactions with other organizational units.
Requirements:
- Degree in STEM disciplines or Economics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and main digital tools relevant to the role.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Teamwork attitude and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Problem-solving mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, versatility, and results orientation.
The recruitment process will be extended to Rome, Milan and Turin.
