As an National Transmission Grid Connections Specialist, you will be performing the following activities:
- Assessing the technical feasibility of connections, preparing connection estimates, drafting the Minimum Detailed Technical Solution, and finalizing the connection contract for renewable energy (RES) generation plants.
- Performing network studies and calculations to analyze the impact of new connections on the system, identifying efficient connection solutions that ensure operational continuity and safety, while optimizing system development in the medium and long term.
- Managing technical coordination for all types of plants (RES and non-RES), verifying technical compliance with National Transmission Grid standards of third-party project designs, with the support of internal technical departments.
- Coordinating technical working groups for the siting and design of National Transmission Grid facilities shared by multiple stakeholders and involving the same connection solution.
- Managing relationships with public administrations and local authorities regarding the permitting processes for the connection works of generation plants, in coordination with internal departments, and contributing to the prioritization of network interventions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering.
- Good knowledge of SQL, Matlab, AutoCAD, QGIS, ArcGIS.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent analytical skills, initiative, teamwork ability, and a strong orientation toward innovation.

Compensation Information
In accordance with Article 5, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 96/2026, the Company discloses the information relating to the initial compensation foreseen for the position.
The initial gross annual salary, not lower than € 40.050,67, is determined based on the level of responsibility and the competencies required, according to objective, verifiable, and gender-neutral criteria, and in line with the applicable National Collective Agreement (CCNL).
Any remuneration above the indicated minimum threshold shall be granted exclusively on the basis of additional, objectively verifiable elements, such as, by way of example:
- relevant and qualified professional experience;
- specific technical or managerial competencies;
- level of autonomy and responsibility effectively required by the role.
These elements are applied according to transparent and non-discriminatory criteria, in compliance with the principle of equal pay for equal work or work of equal value.
