Terna is seeking candidates for the role of Operational Coordination Specialist in the Naples Plant Project Execution, within the Project Execution Policy, Digital and Service structure for the Naples office.
Main activities:
Supporting the Engineering and Project Execution Management structures in the launch, management and monitoring of authorization procedures.
By way of example, the new resource will be in charge of:
- Drafting the administrative documents for the authorization procedures (new procedures, Commencement Notice, extension request) under the Management’s responsibility.
- Monitoring and managing deadlines for authorization decrees;
- Providing a summary report on the different topics covered;
- Assisting in the definition of standards (processes/documents) to interface with technical organizations.
Necessary requirements
- Diploma as Technical Surveyor; Degree in Environmental Sciences/Architecture/Environmental Engineering;
- Computer skills with good knowledge of the Windows OS, Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook);
- Knowledge of regulations and administrative procedures concerning the authorization processes, pursuant to Legislative Decree 387/2003 and Legislative Decree 239/2003.

- Abilities, attitude and interpersonal skills: and A team spirit with an excellent capacity for adaptation and resilience, willingness to listen and share information, aptitude for dealing with the public diplomatically and with the ability to negotiate, precision, flexibility and proactive approach;
- Being able to analyse, verify, and organize the authorization documents based on the specific regulation and deadlines;
- Proven experience in the Permitting field.
